Handsfree Pumping Nursing Bra

maternity bra
I give this bra 5 stars because it is the only one I have found out there that lets you pump and nurse from the same bra. One flap will hold your pump flanges in place if you want to pump; the other flap will allow your little one(s) to nurse if you want to do that. Its available in nude and white - and I received the nude color and was satisfied with the color.

The material is thick and seems of good quality, although the bra isn't the most "comfy" in the world. If you are just nursing, I would look around for a more comfortable bra. If you are just pumping, I'm not sure if there is something else more comfy or not. I know you can buy a cheap sportsbra and just cut holes in the middle of it if you are worried about the cost.

I believe a previous poster mentioned she had to hook it on the last hook - me too. I even bought the hook extender. Keep in mind that you will change sizes (get smaller) a little bit after delivery (although my cup size has remained the same (6 weeks post delivery). I have the shoulder straps as far as they can go - wish they would go just a tad bit further - but its ok.

I recommend this bra - especially if you plan to pump AND nurse. If you want to nurse only - there are probably more affordable and comfortable ones out there. If you want to pump only - I haven't tried others out.

(btw - I use a Medela brand pump and accessories in case that matters)
